  • You can also make instant EFT through YOCO

 
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Prefer a direct bank transfer? EFT is for you!

  • How It Works: At checkout, select EFT as your payment method.  We’ll provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation e-mail.

  • Instructions: Transfer the total amount to our account using your order number as the reference. This helps us match your payment to your order.

  • Processing Time: EFT payments can take 1-3 business days to reflect in our account. We’ll process your order as soon as we receive the funds.

Shipping & Delivery

We're excited to get our handcrafted earrings to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Here’s all you need to know about our shipping process:

 
Shipping Across South Africa
  • Coverage: We ship across South Africa using PUDO service powered by Courier Guy. For international shipping, please contact Kristina over WhatsApp, and we’ll figure it out together!

  • Fees: R 69 home delivery for a standard small package up to 2kg

In-Person Pickup at my Muizenberg Studio

Pickup Option: Prefer to pick up your order in person? You can collect your items from our studio in Muizenberg!

  • How It Works: Select the "Pickup" option at checkout. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup and we will together work out the pick-up time.

  • Address: Our studio is located at 152 Main Road, Muizenberg, Cape Town, 7945.

  • Notification: Wait for our email confirmation before coming to pick up your order.

 
Processing Time
  • Handmade with Love:

          Orders are processed within 3-5 business days because each item is handmade, and we often don’t keep stock.

          So often I will start working on your items as soon as payment is received. 

  • Need It Faster?:

           If you need your order urgently, let Kristina know! I’ll do our best to speed things up.

 
Tracking Your Order
  • Stay Updated: We’ll send you an email with tracking info once your order is on its way. You can follow your earrings’ journey to you!

 
Delivery Times
  • South Africa: Once shipped, your order should arrive in 2-4 days. Hang tight, your beautiful earrings are almost there!

Returns & Refunds

At Capetures, we want you to be head-over-heels in love with your new earrings.

If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how our return policy works:

 
Eligibility for Returns
  • Time Frame: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. We know you’re excited to try them on, but please be gentle!

 
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact Us: Email us at kristina@capetures.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, send the item back to us. Remember, return shipping costs are on you.

 
Processing Your Return or Exchange
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Refund: If approved, we’ll process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Exchange: If you opted for an exchange, we’ll ship out the new item at no extra cost to you. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase!

 
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom-made or personalized earrings.

  • Earrings that have been worn (for hygiene reasons).

 
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oh no! Did we mess up? If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know ASAP.

  • Contact Us: Email us at kristina@capetures.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • We’ll Make It Right: We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.

 
International Returns
  • International returns follow the same process, but please be patient with shipping times.

  • Note that international return shipping costs are your responsibility.

* Browse our collection and add your favorite pieces to your cart.
* Once you're ready, head to checkout and fill in your details. Make sure they're correct – we want your earrings to find their way to you!
* Payment is accepted via card and Yoco and PayPal
* We promise your details are safe with us.

Shipping

  • We ship across South Africa ! For international shipping please contact Kristina over WhatsApp and we will figure it out.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, but we use PUDO service powered by Courier Guy service  

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, as each item is handmade and we often don’t keep stock.
