What materials are your earrings made from?
A: Our earrings are crafted primarily from two different materials or combinations:
illustrated pins and earrings are made from recycled polystyrene, printed with designs and coated with resin for a super-duper shine and durability. Our pretty-shiny dangle earrings are mainly crafted from recycled acrylic glass and mirrors.
The earring parts are hypoallergenic metal, specifically surgical stainless steel (316) or 24k gold-plated stainless steel, making them suitable even for the most sensitive ears. And as always, ach piece is designed with comfort and durability in mind.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship across South Africa. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly via email at kristina@capetures.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and provide shipping options tailored to your location.
What if I need to return or exchange an item?
A: We want you to love your Capetures earrings! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Visit our Returns Policy section for more details.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
A: Yes, all of our earrings are crafted with hypoallergenic materials to minimize the risk of irritation.
Stud earrings are with Surgical stainless steel components and Acrylic dangle earings are either stainless steel or 24K gold pleated pin.

How should I care for my earrings?
A: To keep your earrings looking their best, ideally avoid contact with water, perfumes and direct UV light.
Store them dry place when not in use and gently polisjh with a soft cloth if needed. Our Earrings are water resistant, but repeated contact with water can cause the resin to loose its shine.

A: My studio in Muizenberg is my happy place, and I'd love to have you visit! While we don’t have set opening hours, I host an Open Studio every Thursday.
